Young green seedlings sprouting in a sowing tray filled with soil.

Healthy soils nourish.

On the 1.5 hectares around the farmhouse we are in the process of establishing a market garden. We are building something we believe in: a small-scale vegetable production that takes care of the soil, supports biodiversity, and grows food that is genuinely nourishing. We work mostly by hand, follow regenerative principles, and keep it simple. No pesticides, no heavy machinery.

The goal is to sell locally produced vegetables on Ærø. Good food grown close to home, by people who know the land it comes from.

Guests are welcome to wander through, ask questions, or get their hands dirty if the timing is right.
