Yin yoga works with long, deep stretches and breathing. It is a gentle, relaxing form of yoga where we hold the poses for longer periods of time to allow the body to surrender into them. We influence the body's various systems: blood circulation, metabolism, the hormonal system and the nervous system. The poses have a positive effect on tendons, connective tissue and organs. Yin yoga can have a profound effect on you both physically and emotionally, and you will feel the effects of your yin yoga practice both in your everyday life and in other physical activities. We always end with a calming relaxation. No previous experience is required. Has to be used within the respective season (spring or autumn).
