Summer Yoga in the Garden…

… behind Aggershøj Pensionat, Møllevejen 50, 5960 Marstal.

We flow through one hour of accessible hatha yoga for all - with focus on joy, ease and safety in the positions. We will practice on the lawn under the big walnut tree. A little drizzling it can shield us from, in case of rain, the classes are cancelled.
